Biggest Loser season 2012

I have been a long time fan of The Biggest Loser. I watched season 11 recently and was strongly inspired by Olivia and Hanna. I have had a goal weight in mind, but so many people have said no you'll look too skinny, or even think I am unhealthy. But I disagree, I am suppose to be long and lean that is my build. According to the BMI index for some one in my height I should be 18.5-25 I would like to be on the lower end as appose to the higher side. Right now I am 23 and currently weighing 147lbs. I am still in a plateau, but I am cranking it up on the treadmill. I am running now for 1hr!! That is a huge accomplishment for me. I am excited to melt off this excess weight. This week is all about journaling food and staying focused on creating a better temple to host the holy spirit.

The Plateau

My weigh in this week reviled that I need motivation. I am still battling a cold and it affects my cardio workouts. I struggle with asthma, I fear having an attack while working out. I can do yoga that is my favorite kind of workout. I have lacked energy and drive. I did one run on the treadmill and two small yoga routines. I have not been eating as well as I should either. Everyday life gets in the way. Birthday parties, family celebrations, there is always an excuse for choosing poor quality food. Everything in moderation; one piece of pizza and a salad instead of 3-4 pieces of pizza.

Focus on today, the here and now. Not tomorrow we aren't guarantied tomorrow. Not yesterday because its done and you can't change it.
